Jennie McConaghy Aleckson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jennie began their career as a Development Associate at Music of the Baroque, where they worked from 2001 to 2004. Jennie then transitioned to the role of Website Project Manager at the same organization from October 2004 to January 2005. In 2005, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at OWP/P Architecture & Engineering (now Cannon Design) for a few months.

In 2006, Jennie served as a Marketing Intern at American Express Interactive for four months. Jennie then joined American Express in 2007 as a Manager of Mobile Communications and later became a Senior Manager of Mobile Customer Experience. Jennie played a key role in transforming the global SMS enterprise capability and optimizing expenses across 21 markets.

Throughout their career at American Express, Jennie held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Mobile & Social Media Strategy, where they developed a mobile marketing platform and led a high-performing Agile design and development team. Jennie also served as the Director of Socializing Membership, conceptualizing new means to deepen loyalty among international Cardmembers and leading a cross-functional team to execute pilot customer experiences.

Jennie's contributions to American Express continued as they became the Director of Product Development & Customer Experience for U.S. Loyalty, overseeing the digital product development for Plenti and assembling Agile teams to focus on user-centered product development. Jennie eventually became the Vice President of Mobile and Web Products, Plenti, leading a team of product managers, digital marketers, and designers. Jennie'sresponsibilities included deepening member engagement and enhancing mobile, responsive web, and service layer platforms.

From 2017 to 2018, Jennie worked as an Independent Digital Consultant, leading a non-profit educational organization through the process of launching a new website and implementing site analytics to derive audience insights.

Most recently, Jennie co-founded Merryfield Inc in 2018 and assumed the role of Co-Founder and Head of Digital Product.
