Yelena Mikhailov

Yelena Mikhailov, MS, BSN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Yelena most recently held the position of Director, Clinical Science at Mersana Therapeutics since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Forma Therapeutics as a Sr. Clinical Scientist from July 2021 to October 2022, and as a Clinical Scientist, Clinical Development from November 2017 to July 2021. Yelena also has experience as a Clinical Research Scientist at Fresenius Medical Care from June 2015 to November 2017, and as a Drug Safety Specialist at PAREXEL International from August 2012 to June 2015. In addition, they worked as an Independent Peer Review Nurse at MCMC LLC from August 2009 to July 2012, and as a Staff Nurse, RN, BSN at Kindred Healthcare from November 2006 to September 2009.

Yelena Mikhailov, MS, BSN obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from UMass Boston in 2006. Yelena then went on to complete a Master of Science in Clinical Research Management from Regis College in 2016.
