Anne van der Touw - Noordzij

Anne van der Touw - Noordzij has a strong background in corporate law and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Anne started their career as a Student Assistant at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht in 2009, where they gained experience in legal research. In 2011, they joined Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn as a Student-medewerker. Anne then moved on to NautaDutilh, where they worked as an Associate from 2011 to 2015, specializing in corporate law and advising clients in transactions, particularly in the Life Sciences sector. In 2015, Anne joined Merus N.V. as the Head of Legal Europe, a position they still hold. Anne was also seconded to the Merus U.S. office from September 2018 to January 2020. Overall, Anne has extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A transactions and advising clients in the Life Sciences industry.

Anne van der Touw - Noordzij attended Leiden University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nederlands Recht (Dutch Law). Anne then enrolled at Leiden University again in 2009 for a one-year program in Civiel Recht (Civil Law). In 2011, they briefly studied Bedrijfskunde & Economie (Business Administration & Economics) at the University of Amsterdam.
