Hélène Bakker

Hélène Bakker has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Hélène is currently working at Merus N.V. as the Director HR/Global Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, they owned and managed Friskur Consultancy, where they provided consultancy services. Hélène also worked as an EAD trainer/coach at Friskur Training & Coaching. In 2017, they served as a member of the Ledenraad De Onderlingen at O.V.M. De Onderlingen U.A. Hélène has held HR positions at Genmab, Grolsch, FrieslandCampina, and Tschudi Offshore & Towage, where they gained experience in HR management and projects. Additionally, they worked as a Moderator/Facilitator at Augustus Connect. In 2022, they will join Nevobo as a member of the Tuchtcommissie.

Hélène Bakker has a diverse education history. Hélène obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology from The Open University between 2001 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLM) at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1991 to 1997. In addition, Hélène has undertaken various professional certifications and training programs such as AgilePM Foundation, Masterson Method - Integrated Equine Performance Bodywork, Certified Practitioner RealDrives, MBTI & Teamontwikkeling, Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt, EAD Trainer/Coach, Hogere Bedrijfskunde, Managing Successful Programmes - PRINCE II, Predictive Index, ISM Course, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, Class. & Statutory requirements, and MBTI step I & II.
