Melissa Steedle Bogad

Melissa Steedle Bogad has extensive work experience in the legal field. Melissa Steedle started their career as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2004, followed by a Summer Associate position at Fried Frank in 2005. Melissa Steedle then served as a Judicial Intern and Alexander Fellow under Hon. Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., U.S.D.J., and later as a Law Clerk for Hon. Anne E. Thompson, U.S.D.J., both at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

In 2007, Melissa joined Winston & Strawn LLP as an Associate, where they worked until 2018. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in various legal roles.

Since 2018, Melissa has been working at Merus N.V. Melissa Steedle started as a Senior Counsel and progressed through several roles, including Director, Legal, Senior Director, Legal, and Executive Director, Legal. Currently, they hold the position of VP Legal.

Melissa Steedle Bogad completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from New York University in the years 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Cardozo School of Law from 2003 to 2006.
