Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson serves as the Chief Technical Operations Officer for Merz Aesthetics, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing Global Technical Operations strategies, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance across various functions. With a history of progressive leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Vice President of Technical Operations, Matt has implemented successful turnaround strategies and directed quality initiatives that align with regulatory standards. Previous experience includes Director of Global Supply Chain and Supplier Quality at Baxter Healthcare, where Matt resolved critical regulatory challenges, and corporate quality management roles at Hospira. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Marquette University and UWP Parkside.
