William Reese

William Reese began their work experience in 2008 as an intern at W.D. Von Gonten & Company. William returned to the company for internships in 2009 and 2013, working in various roles. In 2014, they joined True Oil Company, LLC as a Petroleum Engineer, where they evaluated multi-billion dollar acquisition opportunities and developed financial models. In 2016, they became a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Santa Elena Minerals, where they evaluated company sourced deals and contributed to the acquisition of $500 million in royalty assets. Currently, William serves as the Vice President of Engineering - Haynesville at Mesa Minerals Partners II, LLC.

William Reese attended Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University in May 2014.
