Jorge Salinas

Jorge Salinas has over 13 years of experience in software engineering and management positions. Jorge is currently working as a Senior Vice President and Head of Application Development at Mesirow since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2017 to 2021, where they held the positions of Vice President and Associate in Software Engineering. Before that, they were a Lead Software Engineer at TEKsystems in 2017. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at CME Group, holding various roles including Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and QA Analyst. Overall, Jorge has a strong background in software engineering and has progressed into leadership roles throughout their career.
