Raymond Forsberg

Raymond Forsberg is a seasoned transportation management professional with extensive experience in overseeing student transportation services. Currently serving as the Director of Transportation for Mesquite Independent School District since January 2024, Raymond previously held significant roles at Dallas Independent School District from August 2018 to January 2024, including Lawnview Service Center Director and Transportation Manager. In these positions, responsibility included managing daily operations, employee relations, and fostering positive interactions with students, parents, and staff. Prior experience includes a role as Transportation Manager at Dallas County Schools from April 2003 to July 2018 and earlier as Transportation Supervisor. Additionally, Raymond has a background in law enforcement as a Police Officer at DCCCD from November 2006 to March 2008 and holds degrees from Cedar Valley College and IFOP, specializing in law enforcement and airline flight dispatching.
