Tiffany Mills

Tiffany Mills has a diverse background in human resources and people management. Tiffany is currently the Vice President of People at MessageGears, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Intradiem for six years, starting as a Human Resources Director in 2016. In this role, they led a diverse HR group and implemented various initiatives to improve employee retention, culture, and feedback processes. Tiffany also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, working directly with leadership to enhance employee relations and implement talent plans. Before joining Intradiem, Tiffany worked at CareerBuilder as a Manager of Operations Training and Development and as a Training and Development Consultant, where they designed and implemented various training programs. Tiffany also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at SapientNitro and CIO Partners, where they supported HR teams, coordinated trainings, and managed databases and LinkedIn groups. Tiffany's experience demonstrates their expertise in HR operations, talent development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Tiffany Mills obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. Tiffany attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In November 2014, they also acquired an ASTD Training Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
