David Oxley

David Oxley, CLM, CISM has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and security. David is currently serving as the Chief Information and Security Officer at Messerli & Kramer P.A., where they have been leading the firm's technology and security environment since October 2020.

Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Information Technology at Messerli & Kramer P.A. from March 2016 to September 2020.
