Daryl Wright, MPH, currently serves as a Food Policy Fellow at Met Council, where responsibilities include collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from over 200 organizations to assess resource availability. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Intern at the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute, focusing on qualitative research regarding predatory marketing of unhealthy foods, and a Columbia University Food Fellow with hands-on experience in food systems and policy development. Additional internships and volunteering experiences at the Glynwood Center, WORD OF LIFE CENTERS INTERNATIONAL INC, and other organizations demonstrate a strong commitment to community engagement and addressing food insecurity. Daryl holds a Master of Public Health degree in Population and Family Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med/Biology from The George Washington University.
