Robert Bäckström

Robert Bäckström has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Robert is currently employed at Meta Bytes as the Head of Delivery, a position they have held since February 2022. Robert also served as a Scrum Master & Object Lead at Scania Group from October 2015 to October 2017, working with embedded development teams and facilitating the scrum framework.

Before joining Knightec AB, Robert worked as a Logistics Project Manager at NSG Pilkington from May 2015 to September 2015. Robert managed a logistics pre-study and presented conclusions and proposed changes for the upcoming five years.

Robert also has entrepreneurship experience, as they were a co-founder of YouConcept AB from September 2012 to March 2015. At YouConcept, a sports company, they worked as a Project Manager and was responsible for product development, collaborating with physiology scientists and developers.

Robert Bäckström attended Halmstad University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Innovation Engineering.
