Alborz Geramifard

Alborz Geramifard is a highly experienced research scientist with a strong background in machine learning and autonomy. Currently serving as a Research Scientist Director at Meta, Alborz has previously held multiple senior roles at both Meta and Amazon, where contributions spanned from machine learning science to management. Alborz's academic journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Autonomy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Alberta. Additionally, earlier roles include research assistant positions and a software engineering role at Mohaseb.
