Ashley Mayungbo

Ashley Mayungbo has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in global partnerships and business development. At Meta, Ashley served as HR Director in various roles from August 2021 to April 2025, focusing on global sales and partnerships. Prior to Meta, Ashley was a Senior HR Manager at The Hershey Company, providing HR support for a 800-member team. Ashley also held multiple positions at Microsoft from May 2009 to July 2013, including HR Manager for Retail Stores and Staffing Consultant for Global Foundation Services. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at Aon. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and I/O Psychology from DePaul University.
