Charity Wollensack

Charity Wollensack is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and operations. Currently serving as Business Lead (Chief of Staff) for the Global Business Group at Meta since November 2020, Charity previously held roles as Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to November 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and holding various positions at Barclays Investment Bank, including Assistant Vice President and Analyst, from July 2009 to June 2014. Charity's career began as a Summer Analyst at Lehman Brothers in 2008. Charity holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
