Kaylyn Cassidy is a seasoned recruiting and marketing professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing. Kaylyn began a career at Preston Pipelines as a Marketing/Recruiting Specialist from July 2013 to January 2015. Following this role, Kaylyn served as a Senior Recruiter at Crossover Health from February 2015 to October 2015 and held various positions at Meta, starting as a Sourcer - Enterprise from September 2017 to August 2019, then advancing to Senior Sourcer - Enterprise, and currently working as a Senior Full Cycle Recruiter for Reality Labs, Ops, Sales, and Enterprise since August 2019.
