Lori Goler

Lori Goler leads all aspects of people strategy and operations at Meta, including recruiting, development, performance, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the company’s future of work strategy. Lori joined the company in 2008 when the team was approximately 500 people. It has grown 140X during her tenure. Previously, Lori led marketing strategy at eBay, and was a founding member of the executive team at the online retailer, Babystyle. She began her career in Disney’s Consumer Products division focused on strategy and business planning.

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. She serves on the board of Stanford Health Care.
