Mary L. has extensive experience in user research and product management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Research at Meta since October 2015, leading initiatives for Feed Relevance and Emerging Verticals such as Dating and Gaming. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Lead at Microsoft Corporation, where Mary executed user research for products like Office365 and Dynamics CRM. As a Product Manager and Human Factors Research Lead at Philips Medical, responsibilities included managing the Ultrasound Business Group’s product line and conducting user research for medical environments. Earlier roles at Intel Corporation and IBM Corporation involved managing user-centered design approaches and conducting emerging technology research, respectively.
