Wendy Magoronga

Wendy Magoronga is an experienced professional in sales strategy and operations, currently serving as a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead at Meta since November 2020, where Wendy also contributes as the 1Africa Program Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2018 to November 2020 and a secondment to The Bridgespan Group as a Consultant for its Africa Initiative in Johannesburg. Wendy's earlier career includes positions at Khulisa Management Services, Park Advisors Group LLC, and various roles at the Economic Policy Research Institute, encompassing both analyst and research associate duties. Wendy's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in African Studies with a focus on Emerging Markets and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Williams College, supplemented by a study abroad program at King's College London.
