Bruno Bergher

Bruno Bergher is the VP, Product & Growth at Metabase, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the VP Product at Gladly, Inc. from January 2018 to January 2021.

At Gladly, Bruno was responsible for the Product Management, Product Design and Brand Design functions, and was part of the senior leadership team. Bruno helped grow revenue by 12x and number of customers by 6x over a 2.5 year period, delivered on product functionality which won over much larger competitors, such as Zendesk, Oracle, Salesforce, Talkdesk, Five9 and more, and built a highly-engaged, world-class team of 15 which consistently delivered simple, effective features in a complex, mission-critical product with a huge footprint.

Bruno also established processes which significantly improved collaboration within the product organization and cross-functionally, leading to a much shorter feedback cycle between customers and the roadmap. Bruno acted as the face of the product for prospects and customers, presenting in user conferences, key customer meetings and board meetings, and consistently drove excitement and alignment with our customer base towards the future of the product.

Bruno Bergher has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
