Jacob Joseph

Jacob Joseph has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jacob is currently working as a Success Engineer at Metabase, where they provide technical support and guidance to customers using the open source BI tool. Prior to this, Jacob worked as a Data Program Manager at Dayflower.io, where they likely managed and oversaw data-related projects. Jacob also served as a Solutions Architect at Inciter, leading product development and implementations of data management systems. Jacob has experience in education as well, having been an instructor for data analysis and visualization courses at Trilogy Education. Jacob has also held positions in information systems management and technical advisory roles at B/A Products Co. and Inciter, LLC respectively. Jacob's early career involved roles such as Manager of Technical Projects and Systems Analyst at The Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as a Systems Coordinator for Student Financials at MICA.
