The Role offers a competitive bonus scheme to all successful team members, with the addition of quarterly incentives.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • ​Successfully facilitate the seamless transition of new clients from the Sales team to the MetaCompliance platform.

  • Provide thorough and engaging training and awareness services on MetaCompliance's products and services.

  • Develop robust working relationships with your designated customer base.

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in onboarding for your designated customer base.

  • Rapidly acquire a deep understanding of the cyber security industry to grasp our customers' objectives for software utilization.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard UK business hours.

  • Readiness to travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.​

Essential Requirements:

  • ​Degree Qualification in any discipline(full training will be provided) OR Minimum 1 year experience dealing with B2B Customers.

  • First-class written & verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent coordination, time management & presentation skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team & individually.

  • Ability to deliver effectively against set targets under minimal supervision.

  • Ability to learn quickly & effectively.

  • Ability to perform at a very high level within a customer-facing, fast-moving environment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • ​Language skills in any European language would be favourable.

  • Knowledge of the SaaS model, and the customer onboarding process

  • Experience working in a Project Management role.

  • Experience working with e-learning systems.

  • Experience in delivering training/coaching in IT software settings.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
