Hi! I am Lynn Kaschula, Software Test Manager at MetaCompliance. We are seeking a QA Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with a passionate and driven team to develop innovative and award-winning software that addresses cybersecurity awareness in the global market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, people, and our customers.

In this role you will also work closely with diverse teams, including Developers, Product Owners and customer-focused teams. You will be responsible for assisting the Software Team in the development of quality software from acceptance testing, regression testing, test automation and overall providing the highest quality experience for users working in an agile environment.

As a QA Engineer you will work with acceptance testing, regression testing, test automation and overall providing the highest quality experience for users working in an agile environment. 

  • Ensure quality in a fast-paced environment,

  • Contribute during agile ceremonies

  • Create test plans for features and work closely with the product owner and developers,

  • Define test strategies and scripts

  • Create and maintain automated tests for UI and backend APIs,

  • Review results of automated tests and log defects,

  • Performance and stress test,

  • Perform manual testing (exploratory and non-functional),

  • Monitor and measure test coverage to improve test scenarios,

  • Provide feedback/input on the techniques, solutions and tools used throughout projects

  • Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards

  • Accurate recording and monitoring of issues

  • Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved

We are looking for you if you have:   

  • Minimum 5 Years experience with testing Web applications,

  • Experience with Typescript for test automation,

  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience with Web UI testing tools such as: Playwright, Selenium other similar,

  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

  • Experience working with Azure Devops

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
