We are looking for a Talent Executive to join our team!  You will be the point of contact for all recruitment and attraction within our growing German team and your skills and expertise will help us attract the best talent and scale our team.

  1. *Take ownership of Recruitment in Germany.*We need an experienced HR Professional to find and attract our new talent across Germany and Europe.  We only recruit the best in the market and we need someone who will strive to deliver quality candidates, facilitating our future growth.
  2. Supporting the wider HR Team : We want our HR team to be the Brand Ambassadors of MetaCompliance and help to create a Meta-culture across all new sites, being proud of our brand and values. This role will recruit talent all across the globe and will be involved in Global HR projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing all German and European recruitment projects and report directly to the HR Director.

  • Reviewing the attraction strategy to support the talent and acquisition of high calibre talent across the Globe.

  • Provide a ‘best in class’ onboarding experience to new members of the MetaCompliance team whilst acting as a Brand Ambassador.

  • Keep up to date with changing employment legislation and ensure practices are aligned to reflect.

  • Significant ad hoc project work.

  • At least 3 years experience in a Talent role with exposure to complex recruitment.

  • Experience in general HR is desirable.

  • Hands on experience with previous Recruitment and HR systems.

  • Experience of full-cycle recruitment using various interviewing techniques.

  • A good understanding and interest in employment legislation.

  • A passion for HR and recruitment and love trying new things

  • A creative flair and won’t be afraid to think outside the box when solving problems and trying new ways of doing things

  • Communicate well with stakeholders both internally and externally and have strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships

  • Good business acumen with the ability to make and own their own decisions.

  • Someone who will blame others for poor results
  • A person that prefers to work alone – this person will be involved with all departments and will need to build rapport with the MetaCompliance team
  • An individual that will seek constant direction or are still finding their feet in HR – we need expertise and want this person to make the role their own.
  • Someone who is scared to come out of their comfort zone and try something new whilst learning and having some fun along the way.
