Mike OConnor

Mike O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently a Senior Account Manager at metadata.io, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Champify starting in August 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Mike held multiple positions at G2. Mike was Manager - Account Management from October 2018 to March 2020 and served as Team Lead - West Coast Account Management Team for a brief period in 2018. Mike also worked as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for strategizing with various stakeholders to establish comprehensive strategies and coaching junior team members.

Before joining G2, Mike worked at InsightSquared as an Account Executive from October 2015 to July 2016. Mike was also a Senior Account Executive at Fliptop, where they built out the sales team and leveraged predictive analytics to help companies close more sales.

In 2014, Mike worked as an Account Executive at Square, focusing on bringing new businesses onboard and educating merchants about Square's solutions. Prior to that, they were a National Account Executive at Bright.com from 2011 to 2014.

Mike's early career involved working as a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans from 2010 to 2011, where they analyzed, negotiated, and closed residential mortgages for clients.

Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Leland High School from 2001 to 2005.
