Erica Rizzo

Erica Rizzo is the Director of People and Culture at Metafy. Prior to their current role, Erica was with Elastic as an HR Operations coach and before that, with Cmd where they were responsible for company operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Erica has also held roles at Prosper and MetaLab.

Erica Rizzo earned their Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University with a concentration in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship. Erica also participated in a study abroad program in Business Administration at Monash University. In addition, Erica is certified as a Leadership Coach and Mentor Coach from Essential Impact, and has also completed the Excelerator Mastery and Excelerator Essentials programs. Finally, they are a CPHR Candidate from CPHR BC & Yukon.
