Kim Natte

Kim Natte started their work experience in 2013 at Magna International as a Production Supervisor. Kim then moved to LG Energy Solution where they held multiple roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Benefits Coordinator, and Production Supervisor. Their most recent position is as the Director of Human Resources, Safety, and Training at Metal Components LLC, starting in 2022.

Kim Natte attended Cornerstone University from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Human Services, General. They did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their university education, Kim Natte has obtained various certifications. In May 2019, they became a Certified Human Resources Specialist from Michigan State University. In August 2019, they achieved a certification as a Certified Family Medical Leave Specialist, also from Michigan State University. In December 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from LG Energy Solution. Most recently, in November 2021, Kim Natte obtained a Certificate in Organizational Inclusive & Diversity and a certification as a Certified in Workplace Investigations, both from Michigan State University.
