Adam Jiwa

Adam Jiwa is an experienced professional in partnership management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Metalab since November 2019. Prior to this role, Adam undertook a personal travel sabbatical and held various positions at Hootsuite from September 2013 to January 2019, including Manager of Customer Success Americas. Adam's career began with a focus on account management and project coordination at BMS Integrated Services, following co-founding GreenThink. Adam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Adelaide, complemented by a certification in Product Management from BrainStation.
