Kirsten Vessell

Kirsten Vessell has over 7 years of work experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, marketing communications, and operations. In 2023, they began their current role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Metalenz, where they are responsible for managing all processes, infrastructure, and operations related to talent acquisition. From 2016 to 2023, they held various roles at Meta, including Recruiting Manager - Meta Reality Labs, PhD Recruiter - Meta Reality Labs, and Recruiting Programs and Operations Coordinator. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at SevOne as a Marketing Communications Coordinator and Marketing Intern. In their roles, they have been responsible for onboarding and managing teams of recruiters, developing and managing sourcing and hiring strategies, planning and executing marketing events, and strategizing and executing on-campus interviews.

Kirsten Vessell attended the University of Delaware from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs. Kirsten also graduated from Marin Catholic College Preparatory High School in 2011 with a High School Diploma.
