Marin Peplinski

Marin Peplinski has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They currently hold the position of Chief People Officer at Morse Micro, a fabless silicon startup focused on developing low power IoT devices. Prior to this role, Marin was the Head of People & Talent at Morse Micro, where they made significant contributions to the semiconductor industry.

Before joining Morse Micro, Marin worked at Cicada Innovations Incubator as the Head of Community & Talent. In this role, they cultivated a hyper-connected community among the start-ups and initiated recruitment service offerings.

Marin also worked as a Project Coordinator and Trainer at Allfields Customised Solutions, where they provided change management and training services to corporate clients. They were involved in projects with the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries and Statistics New Zealand.

Starting their career at Project SHINE, Marin worked as an Assistant Data Manager & Research Assistant.

Marin Peplinski completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina from 2008 to 2012. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Waikato from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Marin Peplinski obtained certifications such as the i4 Neuroleader Certification from the About my Brain Institute (year not specified), Psychometric Test Administration and Interpretation Stage 1 from OPRA Consulting Group Limited in April 2013, and the Wave Conversion Course from Saville Consulting Asia Pacific in September 2012.
