Mike Fong, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance spanning over 20 years. Mike is currently employed at Metallicus as a Controller, responsible for leading company financial audits, managing the accounting team, and ensuring tax compliance. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Director of Accounting and Controller at VIZ Media, where they oversaw accounting operations, managed a team of accountants, and supported various departments within the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance and Controller at Callisto Media, playing a key role in implementing NetSuite and leading the company through its first two annual financial audits. Mike also gained experience as a Controller at Generation Tux, Inc. and held various finance roles at VIZ Media, Posit Science Corporation, Waste Management, United Behavioral Health, Innovative Education Management, Inc, and Healthdent of California, Inc. Mike Fong, CPA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento. Mike attended the university from 1986 to 1991. In August 1997, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
