Nishant Kaushik

Nishant Kaushik has been working in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field since 2018. Nishant began their career as a Human Resources Specialist Cum Recruitment Lead at Ascent iQ Staffing Business Solutions in March 2018. In 2020, they moved to IDC Technologies, Inc. as an Information Technology Consultant. In 2021, they joined NR Consulting as a Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are a Human Resources Team Lead at MetaOption LLC since 2022.

Nishant Kaushik completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Uttar Pradesh Jobs Updates in 2015. Following this, they attended IMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Tata STRIVE in 2018.
