Lauren Monaco

Lauren Monaco is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Allied Associates International since August 2016. In this role, Lauren oversees daily HR functions and ensures compliance with HR policies while managing talent management, employee relations, training, performance, and compensation programs.
