We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to lead our efforts in creating an exceptional work environment and ensuring that our workplace is engaging, efficient, and enjoyable for all employees. This role encompasses both office management and employee experience responsibilities, from maintaining daily office operations and administrative tasks to planning internal events and enhancing team engagement.

You will:

  • Oversee and maintain the daily operations and upkeep of the office by ordering supplies and managing office inventory.
  • Address on-the-spot office issues promptly and effectively.
  • Purchase travel tickets, and organise accommodation for colleagues going on business trips, training courses, and conferences.
  • Administer invoices and contracts with suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.
  • Enhance Employee Experience by organising and coordinating internal events to improve team engagement and culture.
  • Supervise and update information in internal communication channels and inform colleagues about relevant changes, events, and other news.
  • Uphold and promote internal traditions, such as Town Hall meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other small events.
  • Contribute to P&C team initiatives and collaborate with the Marketing team on merchandise, events, and employer branding to enhance employee experience.

You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and organisational skills in event management.
  • Effective communication and content creation abilities for writing short texts and creating visual content.
  • Professionalism and administrative proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Empathy, flexibility, and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
