Reynante started their career in 2003 at TELUS International Philippines, where they worked as the Senior Operations Manager for client care operations. During this time, they gained experience in ensuring program efficiency and profitability, providing strategic direction, maintaining client relationships, and managing costs within budgeted guidelines.

In 2010, Reynante worked at TELUS as a Subject Matter Expert, participating in an end-to-end review of TELUS' Consumer operations. Reynante presented findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support the development of a customer-centric culture.

From 2015 to 2017, Reynante served as the Operations/Site Manager for Customer Experience Support at Harte Hanks. Their responsibilities included overseeing site operations, achieving contractual account performance metrics, managing financial resources, and supervising a team of supervisors.
