Lisa Kennedy

Lisa Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lisa started their career as a Human Resources vacation and part-time employee at Commonwealth Bank in 2001. Lisa then worked at Sinclair Knight Merz in various roles focused on learning and development, including coordinating and consulting on organizational development projects. From 2014 to 2019, they joined the University of Sydney as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant and later became the Senior Manager of Organizational Development. Lisa led a team responsible for leadership, organizational development, capability development, and more. Currently, Lisa is working at Metcash as the Head of Leadership, Learning, and Talent, and is also responsible for strategic workforce planning.

Lisa Kennedy holds a Master's Degree in Education (Adult Education) from the University of Technology Sydney, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Lisa has obtained several certifications including Life Styles Inventory (LSI / GSI) from Human Synergistics in 2020, Prosci change management from Prosci in 2019, Hogan Accreditation from Peter Berry Consultancy in 2019, and MBTI Certification from CPP Asia Pacific. Lisa has also received training in Organizational Culture Inventory and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory from Human Synergistics, and has completed the Team Management Profile certification, though the institutions and dates for the latter two certifications are not provided.
