Lisa Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lisa started their career as a Human Resources vacation and part-time employee at Commonwealth Bank in 2001. Lisa then worked at Sinclair Knight Merz in various roles focused on learning and development, including coordinating and consulting on organizational development projects. From 2014 to 2019, they joined the University of Sydney as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant and later became the Senior Manager of Organizational Development. Lisa led a team responsible for leadership, organizational development, capability development, and more. Currently, Lisa is working at Metcash as the Head of Leadership, Learning, and Talent, and is also responsible for strategic workforce planning.

Lisa Kennedy holds a Master's Degree in Education (Adult Education) from the University of Technology Sydney, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010.
