Marij Kouwenhoven is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including consumer health, food production, and industrial systems. Currently serving as Group Chief Technology Officer at Metcash since 2022, Marij focuses on enhancing retail success through technological advancements and expanding digital marketplaces. Previous roles include Global CIO for The Bountiful Company, CIO at Dairy Farmers of America, and various IT leadership positions at Campbell Soup Company, Ecolab, Novartis, Honeywell, and GE. Marij also holds a board position at SustainableIT.org, advancing global sustainability through technology leadership. Marij's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
