Stephanie Guedj is a scientist at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute since June 2021, focusing on coupling data assimilation in the HARMONIE/AROME model within the H20 project. Between June 2017 and June 2021, Guedj served as a Remote Sensing Expert at EUMETSAT, where responsibilities included leading scientific studies to ensure high-quality IASI Level-1 products, coordinating between CNES TEC and EUMETSAT activities, and managing external contracts. Prior to this role, Guedj was a Research Scientist in the European GAIA-CLIM project and a researcher at NOAA, developing infrastructure for assessing satellite observing systems' impacts on the Global Forecast System. Guedj also has experience from Météo-France, holding a fellowship with EUMETSAT focusing on high-density radiance data and a PhD on assimilating satellite data to improve atmospheric analysis.
