Sarah Penney

Sarah Penney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management. Currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding Success at Metergy Solutions Inc. since October 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at VaultPay from June 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Inscape from January 2017 to June 2021 and Customer Experience Manager at Indigo from November 2014 to January 2017. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Carleton University, graduating in 2013.
