Martijn Nillesen

Martijn Nillesen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Martijn began their career in 1988 at Yara, where they held various positions over the years. Martijn then served as Vice President of Third Party Purchases and Logistics at Yara from 2003 to 2006. Nillesen later became the CEO and owner of Fertigo from 2006 to 2010. Martijn then joined OCI NV as the Director of Global Supply Chain from 2011 to 2014, followed by the role of Business Director for OCI International Business from 2014 to 2017. Nillesen then worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Fertigo from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are with Methanex Corporation as the Director of Operations Europe, overseeing various departments and serving on leadership and purchasing teams.

Martijn Nillesen completed their education with a Mastering Interim Management degree from Vlerick Business School in 2011. Prior to that, they studied International Marketing Management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1984 to 1987. Martijn also attended Bonifatius College in Utrecht, where they completed Gymnasium B from 1978 to 1984.
