Kelsey Balling has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Server/Bartender at Peas & Carrots Hospitality and later as an ECommerce Specialist at Plum Market. In 2014, they became a Server at both The Bird & The Bread and Roast: A Michael Symon Restaurant. Kelsey then joined Aparium Hotel Group in 2017, where they held multiple positions, including Food & Beverage Supervisor, Task Force Food & Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager. In 2019, they moved to NoHo Hospitality Group as a Manager and eventually became an Operations Manager. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Union Joints before becoming an Accounting Manager at NoHo Hospitality Group in 2022. Currently, they are working as a Financial Operations Manager at Method Co.

Kelsey Balling received a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Oakland University. Additionally, they pursued studies in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Victoria from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they studied Psychology at DePaul University from 2005 to 2006.
