Sarah Colley

Sarah Colley is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. Colley leads human resources functions including payroll; compensation and benefits; wellness; talent acquisition and recruitment; organizational nimbleness and associate relations.

Colley returns to the Bluff City after four years in Pensacola, Florida, where she was vice president and chief human resources officer for Baptist Health Care. Before that, she served as senior vice president of Human Resources for Regional One Health in Memphis. Prior to Regional One, Sarah led human resources for CHI St. Vincent and Southwest Regional Medical Center, both in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has extensive experience developing leadership initiatives, employee health, wellness and training programs, education advancement and volunteer opportunities and benefit planning.

Colley holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina and a law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Webster University. Sarah is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and Leadership Memphis, was recognized as Top 40 Under 40 by Memphis Business Journal and named HR executive of the year by the Memphis chapter of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management. She is past president and board member of the Arkansas Hospital Association Human Resource Association.
