Yiannis Repoulis

Yiannis Repoulis is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Senior Director at Metlen Energy & Metals since June 2023. Prior to this, Yiannis held significant roles at Eurobank from March 2008 to June 2023, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Development Division and Head of Talent Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Division, leading teams and implementing strategic talent management programs. Previous experience includes Key Account Manager at Sarantis Group and Customer Manager at L'Oreal S.A., where Yiannis achieved notable sales growth. Academically, Yiannis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, a Diploma in Business Analytics & Big Data from Athens University of Economics and Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus.
