Raed Dawood

Raed Dawood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate affairs, communications, and business development. Currently serving at MetLife Gulf since January 2023, Raed also co-founded Angel Investments Oman in November 2019 and holds a partnership at Monster International LLC since January 2017. Raed has held key positions at Havas Worldwide Muscat as a board member and previously at Renaissance Services as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Raed's extensive tenure at Ooredoo Oman spanned from 2004 to 2022, where important roles included Director of Branding, Communications & Corporate Affairs, and Director of Government Relations & Corporate Affairs. Earlier career highlights include project management for the National ICT Strategy at the Ministry of Transport & Communications Oman and leadership roles in product management at Bank Dhofar and Majan International Bank. Raed's educational background includes executive training from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a course in Contract Law from HarvardX, and a BA Honours in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire.
