Ganesh Viswanathan

Ganesh Viswanathan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leading and managing projects in the field of automation and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Principal at Ally since May 2021, Ganesh has spearheaded the development of the first Gen-AI solution for Ally Financial, focusing on real-time call summarization for deposit agents. Prior roles include Manager at Cognizant from December 2014 to May 2021, where Ganesh managed development and QA teams, partnering with client executives on IA projects and automating reporting and analytics. As a Senior Associate at Cognizant, expertise in automation architecture was demonstrated through work with Selenium and Java. Earlier experience as Project Leader at Wipro involved leading automation testing initiatives with tools such as Ruby Cucumber and HP QTP.
