Juri Kondratev

Juri (JP) Kondratev is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at MetLife since April 2018, Juri previously held a strategy consulting role at The Boston Consulting Group from 2016 to 2018, advising Fortune 500 companies on operational transformations and revenue management. As Managing Director at a Family Investment Office from 2014 to 2016, Juri leveraged strategic insights to guide investment decisions. In a significant tenure at iQor from 2009 to 2014, Juri held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the CEO, overseeing strategic initiatives and leading post-merger integrations that delivered substantial enterprise value. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Advisory in Financial Services at EY and a sabbatical project with TechnoServe focused on improving sustainability for small coffee farmers in East Africa.
