Pueyen Lee Aca

Pueyen Lee FCA CIA CFE serves as the Head of Technology Audit Japan at MetLife since October 2018, leading assurance efforts in technology and data risk areas, including cybersecurity, cloud, and data governance. Pueyen co-leads MetLife’s global Women’s Business Network, recognized for DEI leadership, and is also the founding member of the Women in Technology Asia Community, aimed at enhancing gender diversity and inclusion. Prior roles include Director in Data Governance and Data Governance Manager at AIG, where Pueyen pioneered innovative audit transformation processes. Pueyen began a professional career at KPMG UK, progressing from Audit Analyst to Financial Services Internal Audit Manager. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Law from The University of Manchester, an ACA from ICAEW, and a CIA from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
