Victoria Welham

Victoria Welham is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Regional HR Business Partner for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at MetLife since September 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria was the Head of People at The Up Group from November 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included strategic people partnering, talent acquisition, and employee engagement during a significant growth phase. Experience also encompasses various HR positions at Gramercy Search and JCA Group, as well as executive assistant roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and other organizations. Victoria holds advanced CIPD qualifications in Strategic People Management and People Management, along with a degree from Bournemouth University.
