Allison Nicholas

Allison Nicholas has been working in the recruitment industry since 1987. Allison began their career as Director of Career Development at Hendrix College in 1987. In 1995, they moved to ALLTEL as Manager of College Recruiting. In 1999, they were promoted to Leader of College Recruiting and University Relations at Acxiom Corporation. In 2015, they moved to First Orion as Director of Recruiting and is currently in this role at Metova, Inc.

Allison Nicholas holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Counseling in College and Student Personnel Services in Higher Education from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Public Relations from Mississippi State University.
